Diana Denman is a qualified Mindfulness trainer for adults, and offers the Mindfulness Youth Programme for children and young people. Diana works with individuals and groups to deepen and develop their practice. She is a former special school headteacher, and has worked extensively for many years with children and young people who have complex learning, social, emotional and mental health needs. Ros Sandhu is a qualified mindfulness facilitator for adults and has also trained to teach children mindfulness. She taught in secondary schools for 20 years and developed a particular interest in teaching young people the skills needed to manage the challenges of adolescence and 21st Century living. It was this interest that led her to train to teach children mindfulness and she now has extensive experience and expertise in this, working both with groups and also one to one. Sharon Bodman is a qualified and experienced mindfulness trainer and psychotherapist with 20 years experience. Sharon has extensive experience of teaching Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy for relapse in Depression, Anxiety, Stress Reduction, Substance Misuse and more recently trained to deliver The Mindfulness Youth Programme for Kids.
